About The Opportunity

A training and digital design services organisation operating in the EdTech and IT services sector, focused on upskilling professionals and delivering enterprise-ready UX solutions. We deliver instructor-led and blended learning programs that bridge design theory with hands-on product work for corporate learners and early-career designers.We are hiring a UI/UX Design Trainer to lead classroom and hybrid training programs across India, design curriculum, and mentor learners to deliver measurable improvement in product design outcomes.Primary Job Title

UI/UX Design Trainer

Role & Responsibilities

Design and deliver instructor-led and blended UI/UX training programs (in-person & virtual) that cover design thinking, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing.
Create outcome-driven curricula, hands-on assignments, rubrics, and capstone projects aligned to industry UX expectations and employer needs.
Coach and mentor learners through live critiques, portfolio reviews, and one-on-one sessions to improve UX problem solving and craft.
Develop reusable course assets: slide decks, templates, Figma libraries, demo projects, and assessment materials; maintain versioned course content.
Run user-research and usability labs for learner projects and provide evidence-based feedback to improve usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with hiring partners and product teams to map curriculum outcomes to real-world job requirements and assess learner readiness.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years professional experience in UI/UX design or product design with a strong portfolio showing interaction design, prototyping, and user-testing work.
Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping) plus experience with one or more tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Proven experience designing and delivering training or workshops (classroom or virtual), including creating assessments and participant feedback loops.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to give constructive critiques and mentor diverse learners.

Preferred

Experience with design systems, responsive/mobile-first design, and basic HTML/CSS understanding to liaise with front-end teams.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, assessment tooling, or prior EdTech instructional-design experience.
