Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led and hybrid Python training programs (beginner to intermediate/advanced) with practical labs, projects, and assessments.
• Create clear, reusable training materials—slides, code samples, exercises, Jupyter notebooks, and evaluation rubrics—aligned to learning outcomes.
• Conduct live classroom and virtual sessions, mentor learners during hands-on labs, and provide timely feedback on assignments and projects.
• Assess learner progress using quizzes, practical tests, and project evaluations; prepare progress reports and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with product/training teams to update curriculum based on industry trends (data tooling, web frameworks, automation) and learner feedback.
• Manage classroom logistics for hybrid delivery: maintain lab environments, LMS content, recordings, and troubleshooting during sessions.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience delivering Python training or technical instruction to students, bootcamps, or corporate learners.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python (OOP, data structures, standard library) and hands-on experience with pandas and NumPy.
• Experience building hands-on labs using Jupyter notebooks, real-world exercises, and project-based assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, classroom management, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with web frameworks (Flask/Django), REST basics, Git workflows, and Linux/CLI for developer tooling.
• Experience with LMS platforms, hybrid/virtual teaching tools (Zoom/Teams, screen-sharing, breakout rooms), and creating recorded video lessons.
