Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced AWS Trainer to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, mentoring learners, and ensuring high success and certification rates across AWS programs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured AWS training sessions (online/offline) under programs like AWS re/Start and other internal initiatives. Simplify cloud computing concepts and hands-on labs for learners from varied technical backgrounds. Evaluate and mentor learners throughout the course from foundational cloud topics to exam readiness. Provide guidance on real-world use cases, career paths, and certification roadmaps (especially AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner & Solutions Architect). Coordinate with program managers, L&D teams, and placement teams for seamless delivery and learner progression. Continuously upgrade course content as per the latest AWS updates and learner needs. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate IT experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, DevOps, or related domains. At least 2 years of AWS training experience (corporate or academic). Strong knowledge of AWS core services: EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, etc. Familiarity with Linux, networking, and Python or Bash scripting is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Preferred: AWS Certified Trainer / AWS Academy credentials / AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
