Role Overview

Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Must have residential and commercial sourcing experience across
Kothrud and nearby areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local
channel partners, brokers, and developers
.
Create and maintain updated sourcing trackers, property data, and reports using
Excel
.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in
real estate sourcing
(residential/commercial) preferred.
Strong
channel partner connect
in and around Kothrud is a must.
Good understanding of West Pune micro-markets.
Proficient in
Excel
for data management and reporting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sourcing targets.
