Mitigate Risk Debottleneck critical Suppliers, Capacity increase at Suppliers, Add long term suppliers Desired experience and qualifications Work experience : 15+ Yrs from Commercial Sourcing, Product Costing, Vendor Negotiation, VA VE Expertise (e.g., professional, technical): Procurement functions of Manufacturing Auto Industries Education: B Tech Mechanical, Certifications: Should Costing, Commodity Cost reduction Languages: English, Hindi, Fluent in both languages Soft skills: MS Office, SAP, BI, Other: Capable of Handling Supplier Spent of > 500 Crore. Proficient managing Suppliers, Challenging Suppliers on Cost, Bringing new technologies. People Manager, Developing Team, proactively drives change, Applies Lean. Decision taking, Prioritizes Sales Tendering & Factory needs in terms of Cost & Delivery Additional details Travel requirement: Visit to Supplier place for Audits, Assessment, Performance improvement.
