Channel Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners, particularly in the

  Western Line market

• Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and briefings to ensure channel partners are well-informed.
• Collaborate with channel partners to identify potential clients and assist in closing sales.
• Act as a bridge between the company and partners to ensure alignment on goals.
• Support channel partners in lead generation and monitor lead conversion to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement joint sales strategies and maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the

  Western Line and Central Suburbs

• Provide feedback and insights to the management team for strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, performance, and opportunities in CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in

• Established network and experience in the

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Deep market knowledge, including trends, competitor insights, and industry practices.
