Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners in the East Pune market. Build strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent business flow. Drive sales through effective channel partner engagement and motivation. Conduct regular meetings, training, and events for channel partners. Track, analyze, and report channel partner performance. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in channel partner sourcing/real estate sales. Strong knowledge of East Pune real estate market. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
