Sourcing Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sourcing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate must possess strong networking skills, particularly with channel partners, and have a solid understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially in Baner, Tathawade, and Ravet.

The candidate should have excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in generating quality leads and enhancing site footfalls through effective partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers in the assigned areas.

Regularly meet, onboard, and activate new channel partners to drive site visits and lead generation.

Ensure consistent follow-up with partners to keep them engaged with project updates and offerings.

Create and execute sourcing plans and strategies to meet monthly booking and footfall targets.

Conduct site visits with clients sourced through channel partners and ensure seamless coordination between sales and sourcing teams.

Continuously update the database of active channel partners and monitor their performance.

Represent the company professionally in the market and build a positive brand image.

Report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to the reporting manager.

Key Skills Required:

Strong network and active connections with channel partners in Baner, Tathawade, and Ravet

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Good understanding of the Pune residential real estate market

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel partner management

Candidates with local area knowledge will be given preference

Proficient in English ,Hindi and Marathi language
