Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage driver sourcing through field executives, telesales, vendors, freelancers, and referrals
Plan and execute sourcing strategies to meet monthly hiring targets
Handle digital sourcing via platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, Indeed, Apna, OLX, etc.
Monitor team and vendor performance, MIS, and cost efficiency
Ensure quality hiring and improved retention

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in sourcing / recruitment
Strong exposure to bulk or field hiring (driver hiring preferred)
Team handling and stakeholder management skills
Good communication and analytical ability
