Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager - Real Estate based in Thane. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring real estate properties, coordinating with developers, brokers, and clients, and managing the end-to-end sourcing process. Daily tasks include market research, property evaluations, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Property Sourcing, Market Research, and Property Evaluation skills
• Experience in negotiating terms and managing end-to-end sourcing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with developers, brokers, and clients
• In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
