Sourcing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sourcing Manager to lead procurement and vendor development for our home décor export operations. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating cost-effective deals, ensuring quality compliance, and optimizing the supply chain to meet international client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage supplier base for raw materials, components, and packaging related to home décor products.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost efficiency.
• Ensure suppliers meet international quality standards, sustainability, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with design, production, and export teams to align sourcing with order timelines.
• Monitor market trends, costs, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic vendors to ensure consistent supply.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures, compliance, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
