Sourcing Manager

Role Overview: As a Sourcing Manager at Homesfy Realty Ltd, you will play a vital role in establishing and activating new channel partners, maintaining existing relationships, creating sales incentives, analyzing market trends, and organizing activities to generate leads. Your contribution will directly impact the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and activate new channel partners, overseeing the onboarding process. - Conduct regular meetings with active channel partners to ensure continuous business flow. - Develop additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners. - Maintain a comprehensive market survey analysis to understand market trends and support channel partner activation. - Coordinate (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to drive lead generation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field. - Minimum years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing roles. - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
