We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sourcing Manager to lead procurement and vendor development for our home décor export operations. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating cost-effective deals, ensuring quality compliance, and optimizing the supply chain to meet international client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage supplier base for raw materials, components, and packaging related to home décor products. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost efficiency. Ensure suppliers meet international quality standards, sustainability, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with design, production, and export teams to align sourcing with order timelines. Monitor market trends, costs, and alternative sourcing opportunities. Build long-term relationships with strategic vendors to ensure consistent supply. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. Knowledge of export procedures, compliance, and quality standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
