KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -- Work closely with design and production teams to develop new glass products based on trends, customer feedback, and market needs. Coordinate between buyers and the manufacturing unit for customizations, sampling, and product approvals. Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, and order status. Handle order processing from quotation to dispatch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Resolve production or quality issues promptly by liaising with the factory team. Maintain all necessary documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, quality reports, and client communications. Generate regular reports for management on sales performance, stock levels, and client satisfaction.
