Sourcing Manager

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Manager Real Estate is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for real estate acquisitions, leases, and property management. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, optimizing real estate costs, and ensuring alignment with the companys business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Sourcing & Strategy:

Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for leasing, acquisition, and development.

Develop sourcing strategies that align with business needs and market conditions.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Negotiation & Contract Management:

Lead lease negotiations, purchase agreements, and vendor contracts.

Ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

• Supplier & Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and service providers.

Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and legal to ensure real estate decisions align with business goals.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Cost Optimization & Risk Management
