Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager Real Estate located in Bandra. The Sourcing Manager Real Estate will be responsible for identifying and securing new real estate opportunities, evaluating property acquisitions, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with vendors and property owners. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing real estate trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Sourcing Manager Real Estate will also work closely with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property acquisitions
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
