Sourcing Manager (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and establish structured supplier evaluation processes.
  
• Identify, assess, and onboard capable manufacturers globally to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
  
• Distribute RFQs, analyze supplier responses, and negotiate favorable terms and contracts, including IP and confidentiality agreements.
  
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with quality and ethical standards.
  
• Partner with the product compliance team to uphold quality protocols and regulatory requirements.
  
• Monitor and manage supplier manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and performance metrics.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, marketing, finance, legal, logistics, and compliance teams.
  
• Develop negotiation and risk mitigation strategies to strengthen supply chain efficiency and resilience.
  
• Conduct periodic supplier reviews and re-bidding processes to maintain competitive cost structures.
  
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives for new product development and brand expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

• MBA preferred; strong understanding of procurement principles is essential.
  

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, costing, and vendor negotiation.
  
• Proven success in developing and managing global supplier relationships.
  
• Demonstrated ability to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets in a fast-paced environment.
