Regulatory Compliance Specialist BIS Company Name: VINCULAR Testing Labs India Pvt Ltd Website: www.vincular.in No. of Positions: 1 Location: Delhi / Bangalore Position Overview The Regulatory Compliance Specialist – BIS will be responsible for managing product certification and regulatory compliance under the ISI Mark , Scheme X , and OTR Certification Schemes . This role requires close coordination with clients, vendors, testing laboratories, and government bodies to ensure timely certification as per BIS and other applicable regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and regulatory understanding, proactive project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain deep expertise in ISI Mark, Scheme X, and OTR Certification Schemes (Domestic and FMCS). Prepare and review technical documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Manage end-to-end certification projects — from application to approval — while ensuring compliance with all standards. Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and government agencies. Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to clients. Communicate new regulatory updates and changes to clients promptly. Coordinate with testing laboratories and review test reports against applicable BIS standards. Support internal teams in customs clearance, sample management, and audit preparation.
