UCO Sourcing
: Identify and reach out to potential UCO sources, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers.
Sales & Business Development
: Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Lead the sales process from qualification to closure, and secure long-term UCO supply partnerships.
Compliance & Coordination
: Ensure compliance with industry standards and
FSSAI
regulations under the
RUCO
initiative. Coordinate with the operations team for efficient UCO collection.
Reporting & Strategy
: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
Professional Development
: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.

Skills Required:

Proven skills in
sales, lead generation, and account management
.
Strong
communication and negotiation abilities
.
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sustainability.
Experience in the waste management, food industry, or biofuel sector is a plus.
Familiarity with the
HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering)
sector is highly beneficial.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
