Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Reach Out to UCO Sources:
Source potential UCO (Used Cooking Oil) suppliers, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers.
Focus on meeting and exceeding sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement:
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Contract Negotiation & Sales Process:
Support in negotiating contracts and managing the sales process from qualification to closure.
Secure long-term UCO supply partnerships with clients.
Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and
FSSAI regulations
under the RUCO initiative.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient UCO collection.
Sales Strategy & Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
Team Collaboration & Training:
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in
