Job Description For Sourcing Executive Establishing and activating new channel partners, and supervising the onboarding procedure. Holding regular meetings with existing active channel partners to maintain continuous business flow. Creating additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners. Maintaining a comprehensive market survey analysis to grasp market trends and support channel partner activation. Organizing (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to generate leads. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field. 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
