Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Engagements

• Act as the trusted Cloud & AI sales lead, driving transformation across infrastructure, data, and AI platforms. Engage business and technical stakeholders through solution storytelling, demos, and strategic conversations.

• Own and Convert Pipeline

• Build and rigorously manage a strong pipeline from early engagement to deal closure. Execute effective territory planning using tools like Industry Account Plans (IAP), Landing Experience Plans (LXP), and checklists to drive predictable revenue.

• Orchestrate Across Teams

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Cloud Solution Architects, Partner teams, and engineering resources to co-sell, validate solutions, and ensure successful deployment through our Cloud & AI Marketplace.

• Accelerate Decisions

• Engage customer decision-makers with compelling business cases, leveraging tools like the Cloud & AI Pricing Calculator, ROI/TCO models, and proof-of-concept engagements to move customers from commitment to consumption.

• Inspire and Influence

• Bring deep technical knowledge and inclusive leadership to your virtual teams. Tackle complex challenges using your expertise in virtualization, cloud-native technologies, data modernization, and AI.

Required:

• Proven experience in technology solution sales at a leading software or IT services organization.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue goals and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• 10+ years of technology-related sales experience (with bachelor’s degree in a related field)
• Strong understanding of Cloud & AI infrastructure, data platforms, and application technologies especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Cloud is a must.
• Deep knowledge of the India market, including commercial dynamics and established relationships that drive business success.

Preferred:

• Experience selling Cloud Native, AI, or Data platform solutions to global enterprise customers.
• Advanced degree such as master’s in information technology, or 6+ years of relevant solution sales experience.
• 5+ years in solution or services sales roles with demonstrated impact in cloud and AI-related engagements.
