Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida for a Strategic Partnerships & Brand Solutions Manager. The manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, consulting with clients to create customized brand solutions, managing projects, and overseeing sales and presales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of campaigns.

• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored brand solutions
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and implement campaigns
• Sales and Presales expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the talent management or marketing industry is a plus
