Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Gaur city Noida. The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers and brands, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and overseeing content creation. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful collaborations between brands and influencers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management and Influencer Marketing
• Strong understanding of Marketing Campaigns and Content Creation
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and influencers
• Organizational and Project Management skills
• Proficient in Social Media Platforms and Digital Marketing
• Bachelor's degree any , Communications, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
