Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager, located in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with talents and celebrities, coordinating PR activities, and overseeing in-house production initiatives. The Talent Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and incubating new brands. Day-to-day tasks include managing talent schedules, negotiating contracts, and creating long-term growth strategies for talents and brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent and Celebrity Management, and PR
• Skills in Influencer Marketing, Brand Positioning, and Brand Incubation
• Experience in In-House Production, and Digital Marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in campaign management and strategy development
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
