Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Talent Manager. The you will be responsible for developing and executing creator strategies, managing brand partnerships, analyzing content performance, and leveraging digital platforms for outreach. The role includes in depth understanding of content and brand partnerships, interpersonal skills, managing relationships, and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing and talent management
• Proficiency in leveraging digital and social media platforms for outreach
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent management
