Role Overview:

Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creators’ day-to-day communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Make invoices on the creator's behalf and maintain google sheets.
• Pitch creators to brands, PR agencies, and event organizers for collaborations and opportunities.
• Act as the dedicated POC for brands/clients during campaign execution.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of collaborations, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Drive growth for both creators and the agency by proactively exploring new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple creators/brands simultaneously.
• A smart worker with the drive to achieve incentives and exceed expectations.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about the digital content space.
