Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to manage communication between brands and the internal team, ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of briefs, and prior experience in handling beauty, skincare, and education brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the brand and internal team, ensuring clarity and alignment on campaign objectives.
• Review campaign briefs thoroughly, interpret brand requirements, and communicate them effectively to the team.
• Coordinate with the internal team for content creation and ensure timely submissions.
• Review content (videos, posts, reels, etc.) before sharing with the brand to ensure compliance with guidelines and brand tone.
• Track campaign progress, address queries, and provide regular updates to the brand.
• Build strong relationships with brand stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in the beauty and skincare domain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or brand management, preferably with beauty, skincare, or education brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle brand interactions effectively.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and implement campaign briefs accurately.
• Detail-oriented with a strong review and quality-checking mindset.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing metrics and reporting is a plus.
