Role Description We’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected Influencer Marketer / Account Manager to lead strategic influencer campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. The ideal candidate has a strong network within the influencer community and a passion for building meaningful creator partnerships that fuel growth and align with brand objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify & Build Relationships Research, vet, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers and content creators. Maintain a network of trusted creators across multiple verticals and platforms. Campaign Development & Execution Conceptualize and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. Align strategies with brand objectives, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences. Negotiation & Contracts Communicate partnership opportunities, negotiate deliverables and rates, and manage contracts. Ensure all collaborations comply with brand standards and FTC guidelines. Content Strategy & Review Provide creative guidance on content direction, current trends, and platform-specific best practices. Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand alignment and high-quality output. Performance Analysis Track key KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions. Compile reports and insights to evaluate campaign ROI and inform future strategies. Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay ahead of social and influencer marketing trends. Proactively identify new influencers, content formats, and campaign ideas to enhance visibility. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner closely with internal marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure cohesion across all campaigns. Align influencer initiatives with broader brand and product marketing plans. Qualifications Proven experience in influencer marketing or talent management. Strong industry connections with influencers across social platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative eye for social content and understanding of brand voice. We execute campaigns across all tiers of creators — from nano to macro — and take pride in delivering creator-brand collaborations that are strategic, seamless, and result-oriented. We’re now looking for a Team Lead – Campaigns who can anchor the execution process, supervise account managers, and ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns end-to-end. Role Overview: As Team Lead – Campaigns, you’ll oversee the execution lifecycle of influencer campaigns (Phase 1 to 3) — from campaign setup and creator-brand matchmaking to quality control and final reporting. You’ll directly manage Account Managers (Brand POCs and Creator POCs), ensure brand expectations are met, and step in for approvals, structure, and escalations when needed. This is a remote leadership role requiring high accountability, excellent communication, and strong operational judgment.
