Flickzilla Entertainment is a fast-growing influencer marketing and talent management agency working with leading brands in the personal care, education, FMCG, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. We execute campaigns across all tiers of creators — from nano to macro — and take pride in delivering creator-brand collaborations that are strategic, seamless, and result-oriented.
We’re now looking for a Team Lead – Campaigns who can anchor the execution process, supervise account managers, and ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns end-to-end.
As Team Lead – Campaigns, you’ll oversee the execution lifecycle of influencer campaigns (Phase 1 to 3) — from campaign setup and creator-brand matchmaking to quality control and final reporting. You’ll directly manage Account Managers (Brand POCs and Creator POCs), ensure brand expectations are met, and step in for approvals, structure, and escalations when needed.
This is a remote leadership role requiring high accountability, excellent communication, and strong operational judgment.
- Own Phase 1–3 of the execution process:
- Initiate campaign WhatsApp groups and drive early communication
- Set tone and structure, ensuring smooth internal transitions
- Oversee handovers from yourself to assigned Account Managers (Brand & Creator POCs)
- Ensure timely campaign execution with high quality and alignment to brief
- Guide and supervise Account Managers:
- Brand POC → manages client communication
- Creator POC → handles creator outreach and onboarding
- Monitor trackers, communication quality, and timely follow-ups
- Train and mentor junior team members on campaign execution best practices
- Review creator lists, campaign updates, and final deliverables before brand sharing
- Step in for escalations, sensitive communication, and high-level problem solving
- Ensure all internal and external communication reflects professionalism and clarity
- Ensure internal SOPs are followed for WhatsApp workflows, Google Sheets, and execution trackers
- Share timely internal campaign status updates with the Co-founder
- Collaborate with other verticals (Talent, Strategy, Finance) for seamless execution
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing campaign execution
- Prior experience managing junior team members or project teams
- Strong understanding of content alignment, category tone, and brand expectations
- Clear and confident communicator — both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask across multiple campaigns and manage multiple WhatsApp-based workflows
- A high-ownership, leadership role within a dynamic and remote-first agency
