Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations associated with managing talent. This includes coordinating schedules, handling contracts, negotiating deals, and liaising with various stakeholders. Additional tasks include developing marketing strategies, representing talent at events, and maintaining professional relationships. This is a hybrid role, primarily based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Skills in talent management, contract negotiation, and schedule coordination
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Event coordination and representation experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the entertainment or music industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
