As a Jr Talent Manager in Jaipur, you will play a vital role in our team on a full-time on-site basis. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with social media influencers, coordinating influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch content. Day-to-day tasks encompass effective communication with influencers, monitoring campaign progress, scheduling meetings, and offering assistance to senior managers as needed. Additionally, you will be involved in talent scouting activities and maintaining an updated influencer database. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or content marketing is advantageous, as is proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms and tools. Your organizational skills, time management capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude will be key assets in fulfilling your responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, while previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.,
