Solutions Architect

.In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, guiding customers and partners in shaping tailored solutions that meet complex business needs. You will design and present robust architectures, combining advanced security frameworks with real-world operational demands. Collaborating across technical and business stakeholders, you will influence product evolution, support customer acquisition, and contribute to exceeding sales targets. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that address specific use cases
- Develop and present detailed technical and business proposals, including architectures, deployment roadmaps, and value demonstrations
- Identify product functionality gaps and proactively engage with product and engineering teams to close them through internal R&D or external partnerships
- Provide thought leadership in networking, industrial control systems, and cybersecurity solutions, bridging IT and OT environments
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across industries such as energy, utilities, oil & gas, and transportation
- Represent the technical vision of the organization in customer discussions, partner collaborations, and internal initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or another technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security, with at least 5 years in hands-on technical roles
- Strong background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, and IT/OT communication protocols
- Expertise in secure network design, segmentation, and scalable architectures
- Demonstrated success in creating solutions that drive customer wins and surpass sales objectives
- Proven ability to form system integration partnerships in industrial sectors
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to non-standard working hours when required
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of influencing cross-functional teams
