Job Summary

Technical Skills Required:

· Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure/ solution architecture, with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workspace solutions.

· Strong expertise in Virtualization technologies, Windows and Linux OS.

· Proficiency in networking, storage, AD, DNS, file servers, and security solutions.

· Hands-on experience in designing solutions for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), application

virtualization.

· Hands-on experience in sizing large-scale environments.

· Experience in handling and managing Large Scale, Enterprise and Strategic customers.

· Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.

· Proven client engagement and account management capabilities.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive organizational learning.

Good to have:

· Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity products, ZTNA.

· Exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.

Soft Skills Required:
