Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Implementation Manager, your role involves architecting solutions from conception to a functioning system that effectively addresses clients" needs and goals. You will be responsible for understanding problems, setting objectives, designing solutions, and implementing them with a focus on continuous refinement and improvement for optimal efficiency. You will act as a bridge between the Delivery Unit and clients, ensuring that requirements are translated into deliverable products seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements clearly and concisely. - Solution Design and Development: Assist in designing and developing solutions to solve business problems, considering factors like feasibility, cost, and impact. - Planning and Execution: Develop detailed implementation plans, define timelines, and manage project execution from start to finish. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment. - Project Management: Oversee project scope, budget, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget implementation. - Training and Support: Provide user training, develop documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the new solution. - Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process. - Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of the implemented solution and make necessary adjustments. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of the implementation process and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. - Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the implementation process. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that the implemented solution meets the required quality standards and specifications. Qualification Required: - Education: A bachelor's and/or master's degree. - Experience: 2+ years of experience for Junior level and 10+ years for Senior level in Solution Implementation, Project Management, Delivery Management, and Business Analysis. - Skills: Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Attention to Detail, Leadership and People Management, Technical Proficiency, Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, Adaptability, Soft Skills, Continuous Learning, Time Management, and Prioritization.,
