We're searching for a hands-on Solution Engineer who thrives on bringing cutting-edge technology to life. This role is critical for translating AI agent concepts into robust, production-ready solutions. You won't just design architectures; you will be deeply involved in the practical implementation, configuration, debugging, and ongoing optimization of AI agents designed to automate complex workflows. What You'll Do: ● Implement & Deploy AI Agents: Take AI agent designs and configurations and deploy them into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. ● Master Workflow Dynamics: Deeply analyze and understand the target business workflows (in Ads/Media, Marketing, Sales, etc.) that AI agents are intended to automate or assist. ● Build & Configure Workflows/Agents: Utilize platforms like our Business Logic Workflow Assistant and other tools to build, configure, and customize AI agent behaviors and the workflows they operate within. ● Technical Troubleshooting & Debugging: Act as a primary technical resource for diagnosing and resolving issues with AI agents in testing and production environments. This includes debugging agent logic, data flow problems, and integration issues. ● Fix & Optimize: Implement technical fixes and performance optimizations for deployed agents based on monitoring, feedback, and troubleshooting analysis. ● Empower Operational Teams: Collaborate closely with and provide technical assistance to Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams and Operations personnel to help them understand agent behavior and debug issues effectively in production. ● Bridge Technical Gaps: Serve as a technical liaison between AI/ML development teams, platform engineers, and operational users, translating technical complexities and ensuring solutions meet practical needs. ● Document & Feedback: Create clear documentation for implemented solutions and provide valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams for platform/agent improvements. What You MUST Bring: ● Technical Implementation Background: Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing, configuring, or supporting technical software solutions, automation tools, or integration platforms. ● Strong Scripting & Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python highly preferred). Understanding of APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and system integration concepts. ● Workflow Analysis & Design: Ability to analyze complex business processes, map workflows, and identify areas for automation or AI intervention. ● Exceptional Debugging & Problem-Solving: Demonstrable experience troubleshooting technical issues in complex systems, including diagnosing logic errors, connectivity problems, or data inconsistencies. ● Conceptual AI/ML Understanding: Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts. You need to understand how agents are intended to function and learn, even if you aren't building the core models. ● Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both highly technical engineers and non-technical business users/SMEs. ● Hands-On Approach: A willingness to dive deep into technical details, configure systems directly, and actively participate in resolving production issues. Bonus Points If You Have: ● Direct experience implementing or supporting RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or workflow automation platforms (like UiPath, Blue Prism, Zapier, or low-code/no-code tools). ● Experience working with AI agent frameworks or platforms. ● Familiarity with the "Business Logic Workflow Assistant" concept or similar tools. ● Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred). ● Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, or Revenue Operations processes. ● Experience in a technical support or systems integration role.
