As a Solution Consultant at Sirion, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their CLM transformations. This role encompasses activities such as requirements gathering, designing, configuring, and implementing Sirion CLM solutions. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, expertise in CLM (preferred) or ERP/CRM/SaaS based product modules, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities. A bachelor's degree is required, along with the capability to deliver high-quality work both remotely and on-site. Your responsibilities as a Solution Consultant will include: - Assisting prospects in navigating CLM transformations by sharing implementation best practices and showcasing Sirion's functional and technical capabilities during the sales process. - Demonstrating experience and proficiency in implementing CLM modules or other SaaS-based Procurement/ERP/CRM packaged products. - Leading end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams independently. - Conducting client design workshops and advocating for best practices. - Equipping clients with the necessary functional and technical knowledge to ensure that the Sirion product can be configured to meet business requirements and design specifications. - Collaborating with implementation partners to provide feedback on the design and conduct configuration reviews. - Working closely with project managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. - Demonstrating the ability to research, identify solutions, or propose approaches to clients" requirements independently. - Leading requirements gathering sessions, performing Fit/Gap Analysis, documenting decisions, providing professional services pricing estimations, and negotiating professional services Statements of Work (SOW). - Excelling in both individual and team settings, whether onsite or remote. - Contributing to practice development, knowledge transfer, operational enhancement, and recruitment efforts beyond client delivery. Requirements for this role include: - 6+ years of industry and/or consulting experience, with CLM experience being preferred. - Relevant experience in implementing SaaS/packaged products. - Involvement in at least 2 full life cycle implementations. - Functional and technical proficiency in implementing single or multiple modules within a product. - Experience in designing, mapping, and integrating systems with third-party ERPs and other relevant business systems. - Strong communication skills that foster collaboration and excellence. - Quick learning ability for new technologies through instruction and self-training. - Strong attention to detail and the capability to think from a big-picture perspective. - Effective management of multiple clients and systems designs. - Willingness to travel onsite for design workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
