Solution Consultant

and

drive

transformative CLM implementations that empower enterprises to optimize contract management. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS product implementation, client engagement, and solution design, you will

lead

the end-to-end deployment of Sirion's platform, partnering closely with sales, delivery, and client teams to

ensure

seamless adoption and maximum business value.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Guide clients through their CLM transformation journey by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Sirion CLM to meet business needs
• Lead end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams with autonomy and accountability
• Facilitate client workshops, promote best practices, and drive consensus on design and configuration decisions
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and implementation partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Assess client requirements through Fit/Gap analysis and document solutions clearly
• Prepare professional services pricing, and draft and negotiate statements of work (SOW)
• Provide expert guidance on Sirion's functional and technical capabilities to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Troubleshoot challenges and research innovative solutions proactively
• Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across teams
• Travel onsite as needed to conduct workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
  

Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table

• 6+ years of industry or consulting experience, preferably with SaaS or packaged product implementations (CLM experience preferred)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
• Deep functional and technical expertise with modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, Payables, Supplier Management, CLM, and Analytics
• Experience in system integration with third-party ERP or business applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build collaborative relationships
• Ability to learn quickly, think strategically, and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
