Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the solution end point technologies, which includes service desk, field support services, desktop engineering services, mobility solutions, ITAM, and windows migration. Your role will involve building solutions on digital workplace technologies using Microsoft platforms and the ServiceNow platform, such as MS Autopilot or ServiceNow Employee Center. Additionally, you will be required to develop solution strategies that align with the client's digital transformation initiatives, including service automation, AI, and analytics. You should be skilled in creating transition solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing and leading advisor-led deals, as well as handling commercials and business management in coordination with Wipro sales and pricing leads. It is essential to demonstrate continuous improvement and innovation in digital workplace services by conducting research, benchmarking, and adopting emerging technologies for our clients.,
