We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Python-based Robot Framework or Selenium Automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking projects and be able to define effective test strategies for functional automation, including Web API and continuous testing. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement automated testing strategies using multiple tools. Design and maintain automation frameworks using keyword-driven data-driven BDD CUCUMBER Robot Framework. Expertise in Python coding and Rest SOAP web service automation. Experience developing a successful automated testing strategy using multiple tools. Good communication and excellent troubleshooting skills with strong problem-solving techniques. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Job Minimum 6 years of experience in Python-based Robot Framework or Selenium Automation. Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps. The Senior Specialist Client Services Project Manager is a customer-facing, billable role responsible for delivering specialized expertise and solutions for NICE AI products and services. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders (internal, customers, and partners), and set/manage project expectations accordingly. Develop comprehensive project plans, diagrams, and communication documents, including progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation. Estimate required resources and negotiated their allocation with relevant managers. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, track deliverables using appropriate tools, and deliver presentations on project status.
