Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Define, design, and architect end-to-end solutions that align with business goals across banking, e-commerce, and e-learning domains.
• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a technology strategy that ensures scalability, security, and high performance of the platform.
• Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding them through the design, development, and deployment of complex systems.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring seamless communication between banking, e-commerce, and e-learning modules.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that the platform adheres to industry security standards and compliance requirements, particularly for the banking and e-commerce sectors.
• Performance Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize system performance, including load balancing, caching, and database optimization.
• Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices architectures where applicable, ensuring modularity, scalability, and resilience.
• Cloud Strategy: Define and implement cloud strategies, including infrastructure as code (IaC), cloud native services, and cost optimization.
• Code Quality and Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to ensure maintainability and quality of the codebase.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the architecture and design phase and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrating them into the platform where appropriate.
• Project Management: Lead technical projects, manage timelines, and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a solutions architect or technical lead role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in banking, e-commerce, and e-learning domains, with a solid understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities in these areas.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures, including experience with microservices, serverless, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Django, Node.js).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including knowledge of cloud-native services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) database design and optimization.
• Deep understanding of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
• Experience in designing and managing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application within the banking, e-commerce, and e-learning sectors.
