Job Description

In this role at Accenture, you will be joining the CFO&EV Finance team in Europe, specifically focusing on Risk & Compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Building trust-based, strategic relationships with offering leadership to understand their sales objectives. - Providing thought leadership and expertise to shape solutions in proposals that address clients" critical business needs in risk management areas such as risk strategy, transformation programs, enterprise risk, portfolio management, capability maturity assessments, fraud, and financial crime risk compliance. - Researching sales opportunities, identifying targets, and designing compelling sales messages, assets, and materials. - Helping CFO&EV R&C EMEA leadership prioritize solution advisory focus across different offerings and geographies. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Well-versed in winning consulting work with an executive presence and deep expertise in the topic area. - Client-centric with a commitment to creating value for clients by simplifying complex transformation concepts and leveraging Accenture's strengths. - Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with both junior and senior resources. - Strong communication and listening skills to interpret and address clients" needs effectively. - Ability to lead a team and nurture their development while demonstrating humility and a continuous learning mindset.
