5. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective residential customers through field visits, digital inquiries, and referrals.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and Infrax Renewable's
  offerings.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility
  analysis.
• Prepare and present customized solar proposals, ROI calculations, and savings
  analysis.
• Close deals through persuasive communication, rapport building, and follow-ups.
  Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reporting in CRM systems. Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Participate in local promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions to generate leads.
  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

6. Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 1to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of solar technology and basic understanding of rooftop installation process.
• Target-driven with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field visits.
