Job Description

Planning and scheduling of site activities and ensuring completion of all activities on time with complete awareness of safety and quality, Utilizing of manpower in efficient way to complete the target given, Enthusiastic to work in technical field with optimistic attitude and team spirit. Key Responsibilities; 1. AC and DC cable laying work, Inverter to Inverter Duty Transformer LT cable laying work & HT panel to MCR Room HT cable laying work. 2. PV Module string to string combiner box and Inverter to string combiner box electrical connections with ensuring VOC. 3. Installation and testing of 33 kV& 132kV substation and line, CT and PT. 4. Transformer, LT panel & HT panel installation, erection and testing work. 5. Lighting pole installation, cable laying and termination work. 6. LT and HT cable IR test and HT cable Hi-pot test. 7. String wiring from SCB to PV Module string and Inverter to PV Module string. 8. Working on Earthing System like GI, MS rod, DC grid & AC grid. 9. Wind sensor installation and wiring work. 10. LA installation and earthing wire connection. 11. SCADA and ACDB panel installation work. 12. Ferrule machine operating and ferrule printing work. 13. Installation and commissioning of Module, DC & AC system. 14. Preparation of cable laying schedule and HT & LT root marker work. 15. Earthing and commissioning of HT panel, LT panel & Transformer etc. 16. Responsible for AC, DC and HT cable gland & termination work. 17. Responsible for structure tightness checking work. 18. Responsible for cable trench marking, excavation and cable laying work. 19. Street Light operation & maintenance work. 20. Lighting pole erection work. 21. Meter installation work. 22. Billing related work. Oversee day-to-day site execution for solar power projects Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
