Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role at MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd, located in Jaipur. The Career Counselor will help students and career seekers make informed decisions about their career paths. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career development resources, assisting with career management, and facilitating workshops on career-related topics. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting career growth and development.
