• Identify and research potential clients in the C&I solar sector
• Assist in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement activities
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Maintain CRM records and track sales opportunities
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and discussions with senior team members
• Contribute to market research, competitor insights, and business strategy
• Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or BBA/MBA (Sales/Marketing) or related fields
• Strong interest in renewable energy, clean technologies, and sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools
• Practical exposure to the fast-growing solar EPC industry
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Hands-on learning in sales, business development, and client management
