Company: Indian / Global Engineering & Manufacturing Organization Key Skills: Verification , Validation, Canoe, Catalyzer, Automotive embedded system Roles and Responsibilities: Defining test strategy and preparing test plans for Software/SIL for the ECU, Infotainment Cluster, LCE/LED Display, Motor Control Unit, BMS, VCU, BCM etc Preference: Good in Software Analysis (Static & Dynamic) Standard like MISRA C 2012. Align Software test activities to meet Product Development Process schedules using best practices and tools. Plan, developed and perform testing on the bench and on vehicles in alignment with other Product Verification & Validation activities, as well as lead Software documentation design reviews. Testing automation and maintaining manual documentation regression suites for Part components for Software releases. Participating in project team discussions on product design and presenting test results to development teams and management. Contributing in a meaningful way to team goals and initiatives to increase quality and efficiency of software test processes. Skills Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Validation, white box testing, Modular testing methodologies and test automation related to embedded software and associated applications. Experience with setting up and extending automated test suites. Experience in writing/Software Test Script, Automotive test standards like MISRA C. Experience in setting software quality review points like testability, maintainability & Clarity. Knowledge of System Call Graph & Extended control coupling call graph, maintainability call graph, Flow Graph, Able to Dynamic analysis using Code script, Test Cases. Knowledge of Combined Coverage, Coverage Call Graph, Expansion of Dynamic Analysis Coverage, Statement/Branch coverage. Knowledge of Black box to White box switching to fulfil test coverage requirement. Verification and Objectives Management Interpret test cases as per the OEM test case with relevant test standards. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Experience with communications diagnostic tools such as com port analysers, LIN, CAN and Software diagnostic tools. Fundamental clarity on Test Protocols & OSI Model. Experience in CAPL scripting, to Work on Virtual ECU & platform Virtual Set up over CANoe/Canalyzer. Experience with electrical and electronic controls, Power Electronics and components homologation.
