We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic ERP Software Trainer to lead training sessions for our ERP software product. The trainer will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions for end users, clients, and internal staff, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer to support software adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:Training Design & Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions (on-site and remote) for new users, administrators, and internal teams on ERP modules such as Admissions, Academics, Finance, HR, Inventory, etc.
• Create user-friendly training materials, user manuals, video tutorials, and quick reference guides.
• Customize training content based on user roles (teachers, admin staff, finance, IT, etc.).
• Deliver product walk-throughs and demos during client onboarding and implementation phases.

Needs Analysis & Feedback:

• Assess training needs in coordination with project managers, product teams, or clients.
• Collect post-training feedback and continuously improve training quality and methods.
• Provide follow-up support to address usage gaps and re-train users when necessary.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain training logs, attendance records, and evaluation metrics.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas needing improvement.
• Document common user issues and coordinate with the support team for resolution.

Collaboration & Product Familiarity:

• Work closely with the ERP development and implementation teams to stay updated on new features, modules, and updates.
• Participate in product testing and understand user perspectives to enhance training effectiveness.
• Serve as a knowledge bridge between users and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in ERP or enterprise software.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems (LMS), video creation tools, etc.
• Fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
