Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes and data pipelines. Validate data accuracy, data completeness, and data transformations across multiple systems and sources. Perform data reconciliation and defect root cause analysis. Write SQL queries to validate and profile data within various database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift). Automate ETL test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and transformation logic. Participate in code reviews, requirement reviews, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Document test results, log defects, and track them through resolution. Continuously improve test strategies and testing processes for ETL validation.
