Software Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled QA Tester / Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and automating tests to identify bugs and ensure a high-quality user experience. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to release stable and well-tested applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test plans.
• Perform manual testing for new features and critical business flows.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and track bugs in coordination with the development team.
• Work closely with developers and product owners to understand feature requirements.
• Maintain test documentation and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester / Software Tester.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with REST API testing using tools like Postman.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA and test case management tools like TestRail.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
